When my account had an unpaid balance due to a billing issue, he made sure to notify me promptly and through different methods of communication. He also was very nice, professional, and accommodating when I came into the office to pay the balance. The office was well kept and maintained. In relation to COVID-19, I felt safe upon entering as Steven had donned a mask and had sanitizer available for clients upon request. Thank you so much Steven and best of luck on your transfer! They’d be foolish not to have you on the team. 🙂 Update 12/2024: Changing my review to 2 stars since I just don’t understand this place anymore. My unit (10×10 inside) started at about $60/mo, and now I’m paying over $180/mo as the rent slowly started to rise. After struggling with their online portal for years, I also just found out they now charge almost $10 to call in payments whenever their website isn’t working, which is often. I still can’t log in to the app either since my unit is being “managed by another account”. I would’ve moved my things out years ago but currently stuck unfortunately. I just don’t understand the rise in costs, and now charging fees to use a bot service over the phone when your software is shit to begin with? Insanity. Definitely looking to leave as soon as I can. Staff is also never in the building or office when you need them to be it seems, at least whenever I’m there.
