The lady working at the time , Allison , called me to let me know she got everything but if I had any intention of needing to access the unit before the holiday weekend to stop by before the office closed. That was very helpful on her end , I didn’t even think about it being a holiday weekend . I stopped by , and I could tell she was having a busy day. She was helping out other customers but she greeted me right away and said she’d help me out in a minute . She was very thorough with explaining everything from start to finish. She was very kind and even gave me a recommendation based on our conversation. Overall I’d say a great interaction and great customer service.

To whom it may concern, The two outstanding employees, Allison & Kaitlyn, that work for the Self Storage Plus in Front Royal should be recognized for their hard work, kindness to customers, and quality customer service. A “5-star rating” is not a high enough rating scale to grade them with and they should be given a “10-star review” instead. First, my sister is pregnant and both employees have strive to assist her when she visits her storage unit. Second, they have helped me with a few items as well. They take the time to speak with each customer to ensure they can better assist when requested. Unlike other storage facilities, I’ve notice each member walking around the facility to ensure the area is secure, clean, and properly functioning. As a military member, I would promote them both in my ranks based on their merit. Great job Allison and Kaitlyn and keep it up.

My boyfriend and I have had a unit here for maybe almost a year and in the beginning we were paying around $90ish dollars for an 10×8. Around 8ish months ago we received a notice that they were increasing the price of the unit to “keep up with the economical prices”….Okay? It hasn’t even been a YEAR since they last increased it and we just received notice in the mail AGAIN that it’s gone up to $144 now!!! Mind you the size of the unit is a quarter IF that of a 10×10 unit. We will be soon ending our business with this place, it’s not worth the price especially raising their prices TWICE within not even years span. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be price gouged. There are many other storage facilities in this area that do not raise their rates every few months so we will be finding a new storage facility to store our items because almost $2,000 dollars a year to have a tiny unit is outrageous.
