I realize this is a reflection of the company and not of the site. I wouldn’t be giving ANY stars, except that the site is clean and managed sufficiently. I was also informed that this was the going rate for new occupants. I’m NOT a new customer, but I may be a former if this is the way they want to treat current customers.

I have the same situation as another reviewer below – Toby Larzen. But I’m giving 1 star instead of 2. I was in the unit only four months and they raised my rent by 61%! (From 149 to 210). This is just outrageous! Plus, I was not even notified. Absolutely unacceptable. If I could move, I’d be out of there tomorrow, but I’m in California currently.
