ROOF LEAK AND POOR COMMUNICATION! rented a 10×30 on December 9th, and when I went to move in two days later there’s a large puddle in the middle of the back of the unit from a roof seam leak. I contacted the front, she took a picture and I haven’t heard anything back and the roof is still leaking. no communication on getting it fixed or an extra month free. its been a month and they started charging ,still no communication from corporate, and storage facility manager won’t give me a number to call!Instead insists on communicating for me and never updates! They still have not fixed the leak or communicated if they could please defer payments until the roof is fixed and I can move the rest of my stuff in properly!
