I own a moving company and initially had a unit and a parking space for my truck at two completely different competitive storage establishments, because neither could accommodate me with both. The property manager Dominic Pauling here at Randallstown Self Storage Plus was able to accommodate me with a parking space and within a week later was able to accommodate me with a large unit as well, now I have both my truck and my unit at the same establishment. All of this from initially only stoping in to inquire about unit prices, Once he heard that I was driving back and forth from two different establishments he refused to allow me to leave without trying to accommodate me, I’m only here because of him, this was the third place that I stopped and all of the other establishment gave me unit prices and allowed me to leave their business, Dominic would not allow me to leave without trying to accommodate me first.

Do not put your belongings in this storage unit facility. First They raised my rent to $175 a month upon inspection of my unit, I discovered water damage but the most extreme was Raccoons and rats were fighting in my unit a animal decomposed in my unit which resulted in all of my belongings having a foul excruciating odor, it was blood on everything even with maggots in the blood and this company insurance only offered me $500 but said they taking $100 out leaving me with $400 for all of my belongings. That’s unacceptable I’m filing a class action lawsuit against them do not put your stuff here.
