This is a new facility and the communication with the staff has been by far the best that I have experienced. If you have a problem they will be sure to get back to you to fix the issue in record time. The lady that I see on the premises is the young assistant manager or manager and she definitely goes out the way with the best customer service and friendly’s attitude by far. Oh yeah, second the price and promotions are the best and it is a very nice facility. Their prices can’t be beat. We’ve been using this storage for over a month now and there are some things worth noting: The good: ?The place is neat and clean. ? The climate control works great. ? The staff at reception is nice and polite. The bad: ? THE PARKING is an issue. As you can see in the photo there’s no control over the parking and loading zones. People do whatever they want, including: – Trucks blocking the exit, – merchandise blocking the elevator and the entrance. – cars parked on the “no parking zone” right at the entrance. So if you come with a cart you might face the uncomfortable situation of having to ask the people to move their furniture out of the entrance or even their car. ? If you rent a first-level-outside space you don’t have a guaranteed parking space to load or unload, because those are the only parking spaces for the entire storage. And they even use them to keep Uhaul trucks and other large carts parked indefinitely there. ? If you are at your storage unit and an employee passes by, they will just lift the door without even knocking or asking for permission, and just check what you’re doing. I find that disrespectful and inconvenient. They could at least ask first. We weren’t even there for that long when that happened. It was an affordable option but they keep raising the prices every month, so it isn’t a good deal anymore, considering all the inconvenience you’ll encounter.

WARNING: Do Not Rent from this location. Rats, Mice, bed bugs are visible to eye etc….Today just helping my daughter to clean unit and nothing I’m mean nothing was salvageable! I mentioned to the rude little boy employee there that like calling Beltsville police to band customers from property not cool. I’m removing cleaning unit while daughter was disposing mice drippings. This location violated my ADA civil rights once I told him I am disabled than the harassment started! Do Not Rent I’m warning you! Do not rent you will be sorry If your not off property by 5 to get auctioned items they will call police and call it trespassing!
