She politely did a walk through and tour of all the units I wanted to check out and was helpful with explaining how to maintain my storage unit. I appreciate her efforts so much especially because she took the time to call me and schedule a w tour and then went on all the floors with me until I found the perfect unit. She also helped me with the sign up and set up and I was so happy because it made my experience way better with public storage. I will not be back. Rented a unit for the month of October. During my setup, I was told to complete the process online to move out 3 days prior to moving out. 3 days prior to moving out, I put in my notice through the website as instructed. On my move out day, I moved everything out of the unit, then drove long distance to my place of residence. A day or so later, I received notice that I was charged for the now EMPTY storage unit. When I called, the person I spoke with sounded annoyed that I called and ultimately told me I had to deal with the cost of the unit since 1) the online process didn’t register my notice to move out, 2) I didn’t notify them of the move out (even though I did via their site), and 3) I was already charged. I asked for a callback from someone in management or who could assist and never received it. Be careful renting a unit here. *Editing to say that the facility itself is very clean and well kept.
