I left a review a while ago, but i thought i'd go ahead and update. I've been here for a while now and have had great experiences. Rebecca is always so kind and helpful. The place is always sparkly clean, well disinfected, and very well lit. I always have a breezy time getting my belongings in and out. Since being here i've always felt like my belongings are safe and secure! Thank you for the OUTSTANDING customer service and making my first ever storage experience one to remember!

This is great storage facility, I like the fact that they have access doors around the facility and you can pick the door which is close to your assigned storage unit. But above all is the staff Jordan is professional, polite, and helpful with the customers. I would recommend the facility.

Really appreciate proximity to home and reasonable pricing for climate controlled secure area. They provide carts/flatbed trolleys to move your stuff which is awesome! I didn’t know about the access code and roll up door to make it easier to get in with a loaded cart. I must’ve missed that in the paperwork. I will absolutely be using that next time I need to drop stuff off. I would certainly recommend to anyone needing some extra storage space.

We've decided to rent a storage last year based on reviews and offers and indeed since last year Kevin and Ms. Rebecca were both accommodating with our needs . Kevin was very pleasant and provided excellent customer service and gave us tips . Ms. Rebecca the Manager was very nice , understanding and answered all our questions in a timely manner .Gave us options for the storage that is cheaper for our long term rental needs . Storage plus is very close to our house always clean . We rented a bigger inside climate controlled storage and we are very pleased with the superb services we have been provided . The Property Manager, Rebecca Hernandez, is always pleasant and welcomes you with a smile when you enter the office. She treats you with respect. Her staff also reflects her values. The facility is always clean and well lit inside. I recommend this location to anyone needing a good storage facility.
