I highly recommend this location! The team here is awesome. Carl is so kind. He walked me through all of the possible unit sizes and hellped me make the best decision. The buildings are clean and very well maintained and there is more than sufficient security and rhe location is vwry convenient.

Incredible financing options, since they offer month-to-month options. The service is stellar! Diamond is an expert client service professional! She fielded all of our questions, greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. She troubleshooted our password. All in all, Diamond was just fantastic and we will recommend all of our friends and family to seek the services of Self Storage Plus thanks to Diamond!

Signing up online took less than 5 minutes. I received access to my unit the same day, only a few hours later. The units here are clean and easy to navigate. Diamond at the front desk was helpful, kind, and able to answer all of our questions. I highly recommend using their services!

I reserved a storage unit online and between the time I reserved and came in, it was under new ownership! There were a couple of snags with this, but overall, things have been smooth now. My only annoyance is that you can only use the flat bed carts when the office is open! There is a sign up now that says this is because people are keeping the carts in their storage unit, but it is still annoying. Staff I have encountered have been kind, but other than needing a cart and first getting into my unit, I haven't needed much.

Diamond was an amazing rep. She was very patient with my choices to see several different units on an extremely hot day. She answered all of my questions with ease and made sure I was getting the best possible match for my moving needs. I recommend this location 100%.

When I first came to Public Storage because it was my first time getting a dc storage unit I had no clue what to do. Lakita was so helpful and patient with me. She politely did a walk through and tour of all the units I wanted to check out and was helpful with explaining how to maintain my storage unit. I appreciate her efforts so much especially because she took the time to call me and schedule a w tour and then went on all the floors with me until I found the perfect unit. She also helped me with the sign up and set up and I was so happy because it made my experience way better with public storage. The type of patience and care she showed should be rewarded because it’s truly rare. I’m happy to be a customer here

From the moment I walked in she was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable; she guided me through the entire storage process with ease. The facility itself was clean, well-maintained and felt safe; It gave me peace of mind knowing my belongings were in safe hands. Went in this morning mind you they were supposed to be closed. I was unaware of this being that i had just talked to the customer service. From what I assumed was in house customer service. But even though this nice manager had a meeting in VA she still took the time to set me up with my storage unit. I started the process online and finished in store. And get this she didn't even make me feel rushed once. I felt as though I was rushing her. Then she walk me through the facility showed me how to come in and out. And walked me back to my car with a smile. All in all just based on her alone trust them with storage needs. I'm happy I gound them. Not from the area so this is transaction was so pleasing. I know i made her extremely late for her meeting but I really appreciate it.
