Self Storage Plus-Liberty Harvest was great! I downsized from one unit to another and they made the transition so easy. They stayed open a little late one day so I could come by and complete the paperwork and Jay, the manager, even helped me take a small piece of furniture out to my car. I would highly recommend them!

I visited my unit yesterday and the manager on duty approached me to ask if I needed any help. Jay was courteous and gave me good advice on several issues. I thanked him for the clean and well run storage provided at this location.

Be careful which self storage you choose. The south Riding area has several. One has a great manager with a great facility. The one on Liberty will not disappoint. The others don’t even deserve one star.

The manager Jay is helpful, friendly and very professional. I appreciate the advice and assistance he gave me. I have been with Self-Storage for about 5 years and just recently downsized from a very large unit to a slightly smaller one and Jay was great in helping me through that process.Thank you!!!

I have been a customer since 2018. Since Self Storage Plus took over the management has been great. Chris (the manager) is always friendly and helpful. It’s a very Clean facility. There are always carts and parking available. I highly recommend this storage location.

It is a storage facility - there really is not too much to say. It seems very secure, clean, and well located. What makes this place worth rating is the general manager, Chris. He is extremely helpful, diligent, and organized. He has a lot of knowledge and competencies that extend beyond the storage industry. It is my hope that upper management understands the value Chris brings to the table as this company expands into the NOVA area.

Expect the price to increase after a few months but that’s the status quo when it comes to storage units. After renting for over a year we’re still there and happy with the service.

I have nothing negative to say about self storage plus. I chose to get a unit with them because they were close to my work and apartment when I lived in Virginia. I needed a storage unit because I was moving back to Alabama in the fall of 2020. I not only picked them because of their proximity to my work and apartment but also because they are clean, they have features such as coded entry into the building as well as to the elevators, so I can trust that my items are safe and secure while I’m out of state. They are also very affordable even to those of us on a strict budget. My entry rate when I signed up for a unit was only $57.00 per month, yes it has increased since signing a contract for a unit but even now it is still less than $100.00 per month, which is honest unbelievable, since most storage units in Alabama are much higher for smaller units. If you need a climate controlled storage unit for any reason at any time I would definitely recommend self storage plus.

Adan has been very nice, accommodating and courteous. Adan showed me around the facilities and processed my paperwork quickly. Nice to have such pleasant people in customer service. I was also happy to find out that the offer prepay in advance so I don’t have to worry about monthly payments. It has been a pleasant experience leasing thru this facility.

Tim, manager, has been very helpful since we stored our belongings in December 2020. He is professional and very nice. He goes out of his way to ensure his customers are happy! He is a super guy who can help you with your storage needs. Don’t hesitate! You will be very pleased!!

Aden was amazing - we needed to upgrade to a larger unit and Aden was with us in each step of the process! We have been residents of this facility for a few years now and have been treated like kings. The prices are the best and customer service is top notch. Adan Mead and Tim Funk at Self Storage Plus (Liberty Harvest Court, Sterling VA) provided my wife and I with top notch customer service and outfitted us with great storage areas. Tim also helped my Family member with acquiring 3 storage areas for her recent move from another state. Mr. Mead on two separate occasions provided me stellar customer service and also found my lost keys for a storage bin I just purchased and moved into. He is professional, friendly and always willing to help whether behind or outside his desk. I highly recommend this place. The facility is clean and the hallways and storage areas are adequately temperature regulated. Tim and Adan are rock stars and are there to assist. Spaces are filling up quick so get there soon and reserve your storage area. Kudos to Tim and Adan who keep the place well kept, secure and operational.
