We used self storage plus for the last year and a half to store miscellaneous furniture for future use. The place is always impeccably clean and very safe. When I opened and closed the account I dealt with Elijah on the front end and Tavis on the back end, they were both absolutely amazing and I would recommend this facility out of 10 times.

It's only my first month renting but this is one of the best storage units I've used. It's clean, very accessible, pretty conveniently located and the price point is about average for the area. The staff are fantastic though, I'd rent here just for the customer service alone. There's also been zero signs of vermin or any kind of insects/infestation which was important for me when looking for a storage unit.

Clean secure place. Staff is very easy to deal with. Couple of times I missed locking my unit and the staff will contact me to make the correction. I wish the location is closer to our place.

This is one of the best storage facilities I have experienced. It is clean, secure, and easily accessible from Ashburn, Herndon, and Sterling. A code is needed to access the gate, building, and elevator to the upper floors. The facility is well managed and operated, thanks to the manager, Tavis, and also Raj. Both are very helpful and friendly. While initially I labored over where to store my home goods, I am so glad I chose Self Storage (Davis Road). I made the right choice.

The staff are freaking amazing the prices are insanely cheaper than any other storage facility. They have carts, a huge elevator they have military discount, secured gates, elevators with your own code and it’s gated. Great people, the manager Tavis is awesome. You won’t be disappointed to rent a storage here I have for over two years and I might have to come back again. Thank you gentlemen, really great experience.

The standout of this place is Tavis, he’s always incredible at his job and a really good person. He goes above and beyond for anyone walking through the door and probably the most professional and customer service orientated person I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. I was glad he was working at the time of my move out because when I moved my stuff in he greeted us and helped get our stuff settled, professional then, professional now. Please give Tavis a raise or a higher position unless he’s the owner, I really wasn’t sure, anyways he deserves it. As far as the storage itself, everything was good, in good hands and worked exactly like any storage place would, I would say very reliable. Thanks again Tavis.

Clean storage with friendly customer service. I never had any issues going in and using the carts available for moving stuff in or out. I downsized several times as I cleaned out my belongings and they always had a smaller unit available helping me save money. If I need storage again. I’ll be back.

Unfortunately I had to move to another state, but I had zero issues in the time I rented this storage. Tavis was very accommodating and very supportive. Excellent customer service. I highly recommend this storage to anyone.

I had a great experience with this facility. The staff member at y initial inquiry was very polite, helpful and informative and helped me determine what size unit I needed. The facility is very safe and clean and they always have many carts available for use. I highly recommend this facility for your storage needs.

Kandi! She is a blessing and an angel. She has been nothing but wonderful since the day she helped me moved in. From showing me my unit to always answers my questions and willing to help. I was being charged the wrong amount after my first month and Kandi helped get it fixed. Whenever we stop by she is so friendly to my child and my family. Thank you Kandi!

I have had a unit here a little over a year now. This storage unit is the cleanest, simple to access unit I have ever rented. Entry doors give you a wide berth and there are always dollies available. It is located in a safe area with easy in-and-out and I have never had a worry about leaving my items at this location. The office staff is friendly and professional and the prices can't be beat. Lucky to have found such an awesome place.

A friend recommended this facility as she recently visited the place. Mary's customer service was really appreciated as I have never stored before. She answered all of my questions and concerns about storing. I would definitely consider renting here in the near future when my plans are clear. Thank you for a wonderful visit!
