I have been a customer of Self Storage Plus for likely 22 years now. The staff is always friendly, efficient and professional and the property is well-maintained. I first used Self Storage Plus while preparing a house for sale. Once I no longer needed the larger sized storage unit, I was able to downsize to a smaller space across the hall without any hassle. I down-sized again into a more compact space a few years ago. Today I went in to move everything into a slightly larger more accessible unit. Kerry, the Assistant Manager was friendly, diligent and attentive. She had customers in front of her, and customers and staff calling in, and gave everyone the time and attentions they deserved in a first come first served manner. She showed me my new space, keeping convenience in mind as I was moving everything myself. She allowed me to borrow a cart, and even called me when she was going to be walking the bldg so that I didn’t arrive back to the office with no one there, which was perfect timing. She was careful to explain all policies and rent timing and handled everything with a calm demeanor and a smile on what was clearly a very busy, high traffic day. Thank you Kerry for making what could have been a stressful experience seamless and helping to prioritize the customer experience for every customer.

The assistant manager was very polite, knowledgeable, she explained everything from the fees to the times, she helped me choose the property unit for what I had. 10 out of 10 would recommend

Today I had the pleasure of Kerry servicing me at self storage. She was the most pleasant sales women and the kindest most considerate person that I could hope to take care of my needs at Self storage. Definitely trust them with my things and would recommend there services.

Kerry is thorough, patient cordial and kind. Most of all, she did not leave out any pertinent information that would have left me with knowledge gaps. As a result. I was able to make an informed decision about renting the storage unit.

Storage areas met the standard for me, and they were clean. I talked with the staff a few times and they were usually helpful also. Price is comparable to competitors (though I didn't stay long enough to get the price hikes I've been seeing in the other reviews). There's a stretch of road to get to the rear of the facility, and after walking it just once I picked up about 7 nails. I don't expect it to be clear at all times, but if someone could walk it at least once a day at opening and/or closing then that could help us not puncture our tires. Also, competitors like Public Storage have easier ways to access gates, building doors, etc. In 2022 it would be nice for me to not have to pull out a card and type a code in a dirty keypad every time I want to access my unit. All that being said, I was mostly happy with my experience here.

I have a special needs person I take care of his name is Kenneth. We put some of his stuff in storage for a few years. The staff was amazing. They have treated him with patience, kindness, underdtand and direction as needed. What a wonderful group to work with. I'd rate their service a 10++ on a scale of 10 being the highest. We had a great experience with the people at Self Storage Plus. They were always very friendly and helpful, both in person and on the phone. My main critique would be with the elevators. One went down just as we moved out of our unit, with parts on backorder. Anyway, this made for long walk across the whole facility to move items. Make sure the elevator is repaired before you get a unit on the back side. Overall, our experience was positive.

I have been renting a unit at this location for over 3 years and I have no complaints is very convenient and the customer service at the front desk is very good they always keep in touch with customer about any information of changes on your units or any promotion and always find a ways to help you according to your needs!

I have never had such a great experience with storage! The facility is very well kept and the manager Theresa is the reason I stored here for so long! She is extremely knowledgeable and helpful to everyone.
