I’ve been to a few storage places in the dmv area but I must say the young lady Theresa assisted me in one of the roughest moving processes I’ve ever endured. Her energy was more than welcoming and she got me an amazing rate on a unit!

Excellent customer service at this location! The manager Theresa is more than helpful and super informed. She was able to answer all of our questions with ease and was so patient!

Quick service. Rented the a unit and was able to use it that same day. The unit was clean and the customer service was great. Over all really efficient and trustworthy.

Theresa was extremely helpful! She took her time showing me the different units and listed their pros and cons which really informed my decision. She showed me how to access my unit through the gate code and showed me the easiest way to reach my unit. I had a 10/10 experience with her.

I'm not that crazy about the price influctions, fees, nor the moisture damage and occasional pest control. I will say everytime I come to the property, I'm met with great customer service from Theresa. Even if the matters aren't good, she makes sure she's patient enough to help you through the process. She has very good people skills and it is appreciated.

I recently moved here from another facility and I'm so grateful I did. The manager, Theresa, went above and beyond to make sure I had a smooth move-in, and continues to show me that I made a great choice storing my belongings here. She even saved me money (and stress) by showing me a different size unit in a better location. I hate the price increases, but at least here I know that management will be helpful and respectful. Feels more worth it than at other stores.

I've been with this storage facility for many years, and through all of the owners and changes...they have been fantastic! I always feel secure, have my questions answered, and have friendly faces in the office!

Amazing and friendly customer service! We had a last minute booking and every effort was made to accommodate our needs. We even ended up coming 40 minutes after closing and they stayed open to help us out. This is the kind of thing that one needs, moving is already stressful and having helpful people like the team here make the whole experience that much better. Can definitely recommend!

The Staff at Seabrook Self Storage is very professional and friendly. I appreciate their professionalism and nice helpful attitudes. The property is clean. The prices are reasonable, and the hours are convenient. I enjoy the auto payment option which gives me the ability to paying monthly from my bank account.
