We had our ups and downs. But Greg and the store manager Brittany are there for us. And we wish them nothing but the best. We are harsh critics but understand it’s important to keep people motivated. We know that from experience. Storage facility is clean,humble but efficient. Plenty of parking available as well as units to choose. They’re accommodating. 8/22/23 Every time I call they always seem busy. I wish this would improve. Everything is clean. They make an effort which we appreciate. The new staff doesn’t seem friendly. Hopefully they can talk to him. He even left me a voicemail.

Gregory was great. The process wasn’t long at all. He was able to help me in a timely manner.

Vipul the new manager at Southlawn is a friendly, prompt and an exceptional business man. He helped me understand the terms of my new storage unit and showed it to me. This man is top notch asset for the company and I look forward to working with him. A+

EDIT 2023: Guys I can't overstate this. Not one issue. I consider Greg a personal friend after our many interactions and I can't say enough good things about this location! OP 2019: I've been renting here on and off for most of a decade and I've never had a single problem. The units are easy to access, clean, and secure. The staff is friendly and helpful. It doesn't get better than this!

First Time Storage Renter. This is my first time renting a storage locker. Both Brittany and Greg were very nice and awesome customer service. They helped show me the spaces available. Price is very reasonable. Clean. I hope to be a long term customer.

I been a customer for the self storage plus for more the 15 years, when the time ,they open this places I always been happy, With my unit,,they always acomodate my needs and prices much good deals. But Mrs breadney is good manager to take care me ,the places is clean,has air conditioning to protect my things. I recomend to used selfstorage plus. Is save and reliable to acces. Thank you. ?

After using the Self storage on Gude Dr with car mechanics and gardening trucks always in a way, this was a great switch. Clean. The staff is rarely out of the office. Friendly staff. Just be sure to try to switch units every 6 months when they raise their rents. This was a convenient location. The newer Kensington unit is even cleaner-for now. If I need a unit again I’ll be back. Hopefully won’t need it though!

I’m very happy with the cleanliness of the facility

The general manager Kevin is very organized and professional. He answered every question I had and I thought he was very attentive and patient.

Customer service was excellent, very efficient and accommodating. Facility clean, well lit, and looked very secure with excellent cameras at front desk for monitoring. Great experience and rates much better than some other local facilities.

Wonderful staff on the telephone and when you come in. The contract was explained to me very well and reasonable prices. I was treated like an old friend. Office kept clean and products to purchase are well marked and not dusty. The staff will take you to the unite cause to me it was like a maze. The whole area was clean, well lite and security system is good so I felt safe going in there alone. And loading carts kept in good shape.

Kevin was outstanding, he provided excellent service, answered all my questions and concerned took time to explain all I needed to know and much more. Pleasant attitude. Excellent service thank you again Kevin for making my move in process smooth

I've been renting storage space here for years and I'm amazed by the customer service. Paul is the one I encounter on most occasions, he lays everything out and I can handle business quickly. I'll likely never meet storage staff as attentive as these guys. I'll miss them when I'm done renting.
