Decent storage unit facility that looked to be well taken care of. Pretty clean. We were emptying out a unit and when we went to the office no one was there (at noon) with the door locked, and they were supposed to be open at 10am…

I had a great experience at this location. I was able to schedule it on the same day and the associate was very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time to show us where our unit was located. The unit was spacious and very clean. It was stress free when I didn’t need any stress added to a long distance move!

I selected the unit that I wanted online. And I found that it was really easy to fill out the paperwork online. I went in the next day to get set me up with my code and they showed me where my unit was located. And where I would find carts if I needed one to put my stuff on to take back to my unit. They made sure that the code that they gave me worked.

Having just relocated I was in need of a quick place to store some extra things. Lorton Self Storage answered the call. I believe the guys name was “Nate”. This gentleman is well informed and communicates clearly. The value plus convenience continue to make this an easy choice when choosing my storage rental facility needs.

Nice staff . I went to a wrong before so I could not get to them on time . So I called them , told them all my story . They give another schedule the same day and received after being late with smiles and welcome. The nurse who had was also amazing . I recommend everyone this group

We came here cause we were looking for a reasonable price storage unit that was climate controlled and we found it here customer service was awesome and they were knowledgeable about everything in reference to all the questions I had. Our storage unit is right around the corner from our house in Lorton so this is another plus. We will recommend family and friends here always.

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff are helpful and friendly.

The customer service and facilities are way better than others. Definitely a better experience than our last with Public Storage.

Good, clean storage places that stay that way over a period of years are really hard to find, but this place has been consistently clean and well-kept since I first started using it in 2018. And bonus, there is a clean restroom onsite. Definitely recommend.

I had to rent two storage units here on separate occasions and Calvin and Damien gave me great service - very professional and nice. I would refer anyone here just based on their service- but the storage units are also nice and clean ?

I’ve been with this storage company for a year now and it’s probably the best one that I’ve ever rented as far as customer service and cleanliness. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the storage on the inside and out is neat in appearance. I would give them a five star rating if it wasn’t for their rate increases that they have every six months. I’ve never had a storage unit that increased their prices twice a year. My rental price for my unit has increased by $100 in a year other BUT other than that great facility!

Great prices, great service, very convenient, Dollies and carts on site and best of all, climate controlled.

Very convenient to where I just sold my house so the stuff I couldn't take to the new apartment I stored at Self Storage Plus. Rates are reasonable and the storage area was easy to access.

I’ve used this facility twice now, and have been so happy with them each time. The staff is friendly and responsive. They work with you and they keep the place very comfortable. I did a short and a long term rental and am extremely satisfied. Thanks guys!

I have rented space for the last three years and I am very pleased with the unit. The property is well taken care of and I truly feel my items are safe. Now the negative is be ready for the cost of your rental to increase every year. It can be expensive,but I guess that’s the nature of the business. But the unit has been very helpful.

The property outside is always clean. However, the inside could use a bit more tending to. On my last visit, I noticed a team member, Olivia walking the facility. She was pleasant and eager to assist me. After showing me the “trick” of securing my unit, we walked to the office. For the first time, the office was clean, clear of the cleaning cart and smelled fresh. Thank you Olivia for your extra effort.

Another Update: I just finished my process with moving out with Self Storage Plus and Rashida was incredibly helpful, she went above and beyond in helping me clear out and create a smooth transition out of the unit. All in all, great experience and would use again! Cari helped me set up my unit and she was fantastic! We got everything done so quickly which really helped, I was especially impressed how she got me all sorted out before the close of business considering that I started the process pretty late in the day. Prices are really good and the units are super clean, I totally recommend

I was helped by Cari both yesterday and today. She was awesome! Great customer service and very thorough. She went over all of my leasing options very clearly and gave me a tour of the facilities to ensure I knew how to get to my unit. She was very friendly and patient with me. She deserves a raise!
