Great customer service! The actual storage facility is okay- not the best I've seen, but it's fine.

Just moved into a new home and needed to put some things in storage. So I looked up some places came across Free State. Ms. Marnie provided excellent customer service. She helped me find the right size storage locker for my needs at a good rate and got my first month free. Thank you Ms. Marnie once again. I would definitely recommend using Free State.

The lovely Miss Marnie Sharpe was an excellent representative for public storage and she thought I forgot about her but did not! The spaces are great and the prices are affordable. First and best self storage I ever used.

I understand that it is a business and everything has gone up in price; but I would suggest a customer loyalty program to reward their long time customers with a percentage off their monthly rental. I believe it will go a long way in customer retention.

Richard is always super friendly and always helpful. Yesterday I went to rent an additional unit close to closing time. Marnie took the time and stayed after closing to ensure I could move into the unit that day. Always have the most friendly and helpful customer service from both of them.

This is the best storage space we have found. Very responsive management. It's an attitude, not just one manager as we've been here through a management turnover as the first one we worked with retired. The place is kept spotless, carts are always handy, etc. etc.

She was wonderful and very so nice. Need more people like this that has patients with clients. Bless you.?

I've been with Freestate a few years after they opened, it's at least 15 years. They have been excellent, great customer service and a clean property. Every manager has been a pleasure to work with. The longest and one of the best was Donna. Now Richard is the manager, he continues their streak of having great managers. I hope Richard is on board for a while too. I lived closer, but moved and there are facilities closer to my house, but I rather stay with them.

I am a wedding and event planner and I have had my unit at Freestate for years and have been very happy. The units are well maintained and always clean. I have not had any issues with pest in my unit like had with other facilities that claimed to treat but clearly did not. The staff are super freindly and very responsive. I highly recommend them to my industry colleagues.
