Nice place and people. But do beware, look at your unit before renting. I rented a 5x7 online but got a 5.5x5.5 and was told that in my lease that unit sizes are estimated. I had to upgrade and spend more which I wasn't to happy about.
I came here due to me getting ready to move out my current place and when I came the customer service was outstanding I’m talking about the amount of respect and customer service was great, the paperwork and payment process wasn’t too long and I have no problem with my storage unit it’s very clean and good enough room for my storage unit I love it ! I would recommend 100% . I would also like to give a special shout out to Sam at the Bladensburg rd location, your the best ! Keep going !

I really do not do reviews, but this is something I feel compelled to do.This is regarding the manager Mr.Brain Glascoe at the 3860 Kenilworth ave bladensburg Md.location,he is the most respectful and professional individual I have ever met. This guy handles an. and keeps clean the storage like it's his own,handles every customer's situation so flawless,both on the phone and in person,this guy should be made a top official in the company,it's almost unbelievable that we still have people like this around.
Brian was extremely professional and accommodating. My unit has an issue and Brian had Bill the maintenance worker come by and fix the issue almost immediately. Great team here.
Advertised as a U haul site, only had 2 small trucks. Customer service was very accommodating as I called several times extending the time I needed to use the truck.
Ask for Ms Toni when you rent from the Bladensburg location. She is always so helpful, kind and super professional. I've rented from her for more than 14 years and this location is always clean and nice. I recommend this storage facility to everyone.
Great vibe! Manager does the job above and beyond and makes customers feel as if they are valued customers don’t get that everywhere. This is a place you will continue to use if needed because you will be treated as if u were missed nothing makes you patron a business like feeling comfortable and there is a heavy level of comfort there

Since my first review, my compliant was handled properly by the assistant manager. She has been very courteous and accommodating. I have not had any more issues or bad experiences. I like that she knows who I am when I come in the office and is always willing to help with whatever I need. I rented a unit here yesterday and while the representative was extremely helpful and very accommodating, I come here today and I am not able to get in the unit because it is locked. I did share with her that I would be coming to move my items in today and I can’t. They are closed and there is no emergency number provided. This is extremely inconvenient as I am sitting here with all my stuff and my day is wasted
