Excellent location and great staff. Only issue I found while using this center over the course of 3 yrs between my and sister was the amount of increases that were quite steep compared to other storage locations. Hopefully the greed of covid is over and you honor the original price.

A very convenient set up, you will pay for a decent size unit but comparable to those in the area. Even if you have an upper floor unit, the ease of getting to it makes this location worth while. Has roll up doors and regular doors for using carts to bring your stuff in, elevators are big and can almost accommodate 2 carts at a time. They offer month to month terms, which is another reason why we chose this one. Believe it or not there are others that require 6 months commitment or even a year. I recommend for anybody in the downtown Bel Air area, ease of entry and very close to many residences/businesses.

The biggest unit needs to be bigger. Not enough dollies but it worked out. Didnt know how to get out took a few. Elevator is scary. Priced good as long as your not staying past a month..355 after..43 with first month free just pay utility fee

I had been a Self Storage Plus customer at the Bel Air location for almost 4 yrs. until early this month, February 2022. My experience with the storage facility's staff throughout the years was always very professional and pleasant. The storage units, security system and grounds are well maintained. I experienced superb customer service support from Ciara, the Manager, and her team when I expressed the need to end the space rental. I am living an hour and a half away, incurring a monthly rental cost for a space no longer required and overwhelmed with the thought of going through the 'STUFF' remaining in storage. Ciara was very understanding and accommodating in my preparation to clear out the storage space. The quality of customer service during my EXIT showed how I was a 'valued customer' as much as my initial ENTRY as a new customer. I would highly recommend this storage facility to others. I was looking for an affordable storage unit because where I am moving doesn't have storage. Mae was absolutely amazing and took great care of me. I located this storage facility via a google search. I live in a condo with little to no storage space and needed a small space to keep my holiday decorations and a few of my children’s belongings that they had outgrown but weren’t ready to part with. The process was so easy!! I was able to pick out the size unit I needed, chose my move-in date, and signed my lease, all online. I went to the facility the next day and met with Mae who took a copy of my ID, and gave me my unit number and access code. She then showed me how to open the gate and locate my unit. Mae was so nice and answered all of my questions, some before I even asked, because the tour she gave me of the facility was so thorough. All in all, a great experience!
