I am writing this review to highlight Gayle, she has been very helpful and friendly every time I have stopped into the office. She's strong with communication, and exceeds at making the customer feel heard. I appreciate her help and presence so much! It's made every process so much easier.

Best customer service I've received at a storage facility.

I was looking for an outdoor storage for my truck camper in the Alexandria area. The staff - Antonine (General manager ) and John (Assistant manager) - were super helpful to help me find a best spot for parking my camper. The process is very smooth and quick. I highly recommend this place.

Al was great. Rented a unit and was on my way in under 30 minutes.

The customer service was exceptional. The young lady on the reservation line was very sweet and the manager, Antoine, was the epitome of professionalism. The facility is very affordable for the area and the people are amazing. I highly recommend Self Storage Plus.

I've had many storage facility units before, and this is by far the best one. And that's due to Karla Wasilko. The staff are always ready to help, and very friendly.

Great service and price!

I actually ran out of gas right in front of the business and thought my evening was a total loss. The auto service had trouble finding me. I went to the office and not once but twice had to ask for the address and the youngan working there was as nice as can be. Kudos to you!! .

This is a great facility, very well run, and is an ideal place for renting not only parking spaces but also storage units. They were extremely helpful in switching parking spaces when the first one wouldn't fit our trailer. They also prorate the amount you owe at the end of your time there so you don't pay a full month's rent for only two weeks. The night security people seemed really alert and watchful when I encountered them. Everyone was really nice and friendly, too. I am very glad we ended up here instead of at some big chain where people don't care as much about their customers. Given the professionalism and competence exhibited by just about everyone in the office, I wouldn't be surprised if they go on to run big companies in the future (or maybe they'll open more locations, I hope).

I would like to thank Karla and Stephanie for letting me know when a specific outdoor parking space came available. The new space makes access to my job trailer much easier. Your attention to detail and customer service is very much appreciated.

Need storage? Rent from here. Family run business that treats customers like family. They offer a free trailer to new customers to assist with transporting to your storage unit. They delivery it to your location, you load it, and they pick it up once done. The trailer is then dropped off at your unit to unload. No gimmick. Every interaction I had with their team was easy and they were always helpful. Excellent customer service. Will happily use them again in the future.

Very good place. Glean, Lourdes and Karla are always friendly and very helpful. I have two units and never had issues. Easy and clean property, all ground level units and they always offer complimentary coffee and hot chocolate.
