I rented a storage unit to start moving my belongings prior to an upcoming move. The process was easy and fast and I did it all online. The lady working at the time , Allison , called me to let me know she got everything but if I had any intention of needing to access the unit before the holiday weekend to stop by before the office closed. That was very helpful on her end , I didn’t even think about it being a holiday weekend . I stopped by , and I could tell she was having a busy day. She was helping out other customers but she greeted me right away and said she’d help me out in a minute . She was very thorough with explaining everything from start to finish. She was very kind and even gave me a recommendation based on our conversation. Overall I’d say a great interaction and great customer service.

I was so pleased with the service and the facility. Allison was a pleasure to deal with. She was so helpful and even stayed with me to help with the door as I emptied my unit. She was so very helpful each time I was there. If I ever need storage again I will return to Self Storage Plus..For Sure !! Thanks !

The women working the front desk the day I signed up was very helpful and informative. The price is kind of high but still a very safe place to store my items. Amazing customer service and clean location.

To whom it may concern, The two outstanding employees, Allison & Kaitlyn, that work for the Self Storage Plus in Front Royal should be recognized for their hard work, kindness to customers, and quality customer service. A “5-star rating” is not a high enough rating scale to grade them with and they should be given a “10-star review” instead. First, my sister is pregnant and both employees have strive to assist her when she visits her storage unit. Second, they have helped me with a few items as well. They take the time to speak with each customer to ensure they can better assist when requested. Unlike other storage facilities, I’ve notice each member walking around the facility to ensure the area is secure, clean, and properly functioning. As a military member, I would promote them both in my ranks based on their merit. Great job Allison and Kaitlyn and keep it up.

The process to rent was very quick and getting the first month free was great. Would highly recommend. Bring your own lock, it saves money too.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received at Self Storage. Allison and Kaitlyn is very friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The facility is clean and secure. Sign up is easy to do online or in person. Everything is straightforward and explained very well. I was shown around the facility to where my unit is, and I was walked through how to open the doors with my new passcode. They have dollies for you to use to load your possessions on at the entrance doors to your units. They have an array of moving supply’s you can purchase. Great facility, great staff!

When life is down it is so nice to get great customer service. I went in to rent a unit and was shown 3 different sizes until we agreed on the right one. It was a pure pleasure to receive great customer service

With many moves under our belts, we did so recently while building a home and used this facility for climate controlled storage. In fact we were among the new business' very first customers. From A-Z, our experience was exceptional, and the friendliness, customer service support, responsiveness and professionalism of both Jeff and Caitlin was all outstanding. We have in fact successfully referred others to this business, and will do so again.

Jeff is the man! He was super helpful and got us all taken care of with a new storage unit. Everything about the facility was clean and put together. All around great experience (or as great an experience as getting a new storage unit can be!)

I’m so impressed with this business! Amazing customer service, ultra-clean storage units, well-lit, easy interior unit access, and convenient hand trucks onsite for customers to use for free.
