If you’re looking for a place to ensure your belongings are water damaged, immediately converted to nesting grounds for MASSIVE amounts of roaches, and having staff treat you like you are less than human, then this is the place for you. Considering the prices, your stuff would be better off just thrown somewhere deep in the forest until you can go back and get it. It’ll be in about the same condition, and you’ll get the same level of customer support. Seriously, though, just go find storage at a big name reputable business. Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews.

Long time happy customer with U-Store but for the past couple of years since the newcompany took over it has really gone down hill. I will not let my wife go there anymore the place isn’t like it used to be and I will be moving out soon. The rates used to be good and if you only need it for a short time take advantage of the free month and get out! otherwise your rate will double in a short time and they wont work with you. The rates go up ALOT every 4 months it seems. I checked the website and I am paying more than double than new customers. Don’t try to call the office because you can’t talk to the front desk and they won’t work with you. It used to be a nice mom and pop store but now that the corporate people took over it is really bad. Kathleen and Gary are really great though.

Refuses to return phone calls. Hurricane hit and have been trying to reach them for days and they aren’t returning calls to customers who are worried about their things. I’m not in the area so it’s not like I can just hop in the car and drive by. When calling the corporate office they don’t know anything.. I’m not even calling a call center in the US. Paying 350 a month – regular price increases.. my rates have been jacked over $100 PER MONTH and no service. No emails or phone calls to customers at all. I called several businesses DIRECTLY on either side of the storage facility and they all have power, lights, phones, internet, and working business as usual. I spoke to two car dealerships and one mom and pop auto repair shop ALL right next to the storage facility. They are all saying no flooding, sun is shining, they have power, and everyone is working… still nothing from storage. It’s going to get really messy if I find my things have been flooded and all of this time has passed with no communication when I could have made plans to get there to save my things.
