I find this company to be dishonest and unhelpful. When I signed up for the unit, I was told I could make payments and autopay via ACH only to find out this was not true. My account was prepaid through January and in February I got a letter saying I had been assessed a lien fee that same day. I spoke with Robin who let me know that she’s the general manager of this location and that it’s company policy not to be able to waive any fees assessed same day even for new clients who had prepaid services through that month. When I spoke with another location, I found out this was untrue and that they CAN waive lien fees. I found her to be very unhelpful considering the circumstances and am disappointed with the customer service. The call centers say one thing and the people at the location say another. It’s also 2025, if you’re not accepting digital pay on machines that show digital pay capabilities, that’s just unacceptable.
