Giselle Ortega may extract private invormation from SelfStorage Plus database and give the information to her fiance Brandon Chapman. The individual pretended to be an unsatisfied client and left a 1 star FAKE review on my business google page. My company has never done business with Mr Chapman. After calling Corporate, the review magically dissapeard after 3 weeks. ( it was up enough to cause financial loss) Management: I made several attempts and i didn’t get a call from the district manager as I was promissed. at this point I will let my legal department handle it further. Giselle: Retaliation is not the answer to your problems. and there are laws in place for that. Brandon Chapman: you decided to take part in something that has nothing to do with you, and because of that there will be legal consequences. ————————————————————————————————- Initial issue: I don’t have a code to my unit for over one year. Management doesn’t really care about the satisfaction of the clients I’ve had situations where I was not able to get my tools for my business and I’ve lost money. When I brought up how unsatisfied I am with my experience the manager Gisele decided to scream at me from the middle of the roadway, demanding that I come back to solve pending issues at her demand. An hour later after I came back she was not able to have a conversation that will lead to the resolution. She took everything personal and decided to disrespect me and start yelling like we were in a relationship. In the end I still don’t have access to my unit even though I’m paying monthly. Dear Miss Gisele: I hope you understand that you work for a company that’s supposed to provide storage units and your clients needs to have access to what they pay for. The client is not obligated to respond to your abusive behavior especially when you’re demanding the client to change the scheduled time to match your personal preference. ” DO IT NOW” should not be in your vocabulary when you’re talking to someone that pays your salary.
