This was frustrating since we are moving and needed access to our storage unit.

No 2) they grace period is ONLY 4 days grace period NOT 5 days as i was told,so they have charged me twice on late fee on the 5th day of the grace period even when the manager claimed he filed for a refund becos its still within the grace period, they refused to refund me the $120 ( so be careful with this storage company) Pros: Actual Storage rooms are clean amd smell nice

I am so disappointed with this place after it all started well. I moved my stuff into storage here as I was getting deployed overseas, and they offered a reasonable rate and great location. I initially received good service when I moved in. After that, nonexistent. Jordan sent me the military form to fill out via email, I got it back to him as soon as I could, considering my travel and redeployment training at Ft. Bliss. This form is important because I am deployed and wanted to add my husband as an approved POC and emergency contact. Well, I sent it back on Aug 3, and I haven’t even received acknowledgment that it was received. I followed up on August 6 via email and phone to customer service and still haven’t received a single response from the location. Yesterday, I submitted a customer service inquiry on line about the issue, and of course no response. I am literally in another continent with no phone service, working opposite hours the US does, trying to get this issue fixed but to no avail. If you are a service member, stay away from this place. It does nothing but put undue stress on my current situation. I am sure if they don’t get their pay right away, they won’t delay for a second in evicting and selling my stuff…yet, they are absent in customer service to me.

This place is a joke. Being a brand new customer you would think they would communicate better. When we first initially rented the unit and had our RENTED truck packed up the office staff never cut their lock off. Of course no one was around, no one answered the phone, the number online was a joke. So we had to leave and PAY for our truck another night. The next day the girl said she would speak to someone to try to see what they could compensate us with. Of course no one called. But now they slapped a $115 fee on my account. They could have waived it but of course not. They call when they need you but when you need them a ghost town. I feel my account should be credited. The emails they send don’t even show up. When you click on it it’s an error. Just horrible, moving is stressful enough and an error on their part is where it all started.

The charges of course keep increasing on the unit and the assistance we get is very poor for it to be a New location it disappointing. Same car is always parked there
