After going through a recent break up and being concerned about my storage safety, Kenya went above and beyond to ensure my unit and belongings would be safe without me having to be there. She did not need to go the extra mile to call me after my ex left with the lock to ensure I could put a new one on, but she did and I am so grateful for her kind heart and help in this hard time for me. She easily updated information for me on my account as well and advised she would change my pin once the other party removed their belongings and took their lock, ensuring he would not have access to reenter. She is amazing with going that extra step to ensure my belongings are protected when not with me and giving me that peace of mind. Thank you again so much Ms Kenya!!

I received a notice that my rent was going up by $30/month after being there for 6 months. They said because of the locally assessed rates they are raising them. Funny, I went their website and they raised mine to a much higher rate than was even being offered on their website. I also checked local storage companies and none of them are this high. Do your homework and go with someone else. I reached out to them 4 times about it and got zero response. Poor customer service is always a good way to lose business.

I started using this storage facility in May of this year and this place is ridiculous! I got an introductory rate and then it went to the standard rate. I understood that it was $132.00 and now they raised it to $201.00 a month! Looks like they want to be greedy so as soon as I can my stuff will be leaving there. Bad business to do this! I want to now edit this review to say I just received a phone call informing me that there will be another rate increase. Please reconsider using this place for your storage.
