The building is clean and the 5x5 unit I got was larger than I expected. There are lots of carts available for moving in. Very satisfied, especially for the price and location.

I rented 3 storage units with a variety of sizes and the units were clean with a good price. I compared price and availability with Extra Space Public Storage all 3 within 1 mile of each other. The facility has good security with a gate and key code access to the main storage facility. Staff is professional and friendly. I have checked out of the 3 units, the checkout process was easy. I wish the bathroom was not locked 24/7. During business hours the key is in the office and available but in off hours the key is still in the office which means paid customers better not need to use the bathroom. Locked even before COVID-19. Everyone entering the building is by key code only therefore they could ID the customer who soiled the bathroom.

This UStore facility was really nice to use. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The move-in and move-out processes were easy. The facility was clean. They have plenty of carts of people to use. I would use them again.
U-store is really great storage place because of 4 good reasons. Number 1 being that has really good rates compared to other places in the area Number 2 it was very easy to unload the truck and get everything in my unit. Number 3 the place is really clean and easy to get around with a lot of dollies to help move your stuff. And number 4 would good to staff that works there every friendly and hopeful when it came to picking the right size storage
