We've used Nicholson Self Storage Plus for over a year now, and our experience has been fantastic. We're out of state, and one of the top compliments we have is the communication from the staff. They're always super responsive, friendly, and willing to help in any way they can. So very appreciated when you're 5000 miles away! Financially speaking, the unit has been a very good value. Prices have gone up (as with everything) but not inordinately so. Once the unit was cleaned out and move-out was ready, checking out was a breeze. Never had any security issues at all, the facility is secure. Highly recommend Nicholson SSP! We'll definitely use them in the future should we need storage in Rockville!

This past weekend we rented a storage unit and were very glad we did it here. All within a day, we were able to reserve the unit, review and sign the agreement, and move all of our items in with clear instructions and easy access. I wanted to get a smaller unit at the Nicholson location in Rockville, MD. Staff member Yvonne was on duty by herself. There was a steady stream of people showing up. Yvonne was kind and patient with everyone. She was contentious about finding something close to where I already had a unit, so I didn't have to walk so far to relocate. Yvonne was the best customer service person I've encountered! Also, this storage facility is exceptionally clean!

Yvonne is great to work with. We already had one storage unit for a while and needed another unit temporarily while we do a house clean out. She helped to provide the best solution and we were able to get the unit right next to our current unit. The process was easy and as a long time client, I highly recommend this place. Update: the new manager, Raphael is exceptional. He was amazingly helpful when one of the locks on my unit was malfunctioning. He worked closely with me to ensure that the lock was replaced and working properly. I appreciate his follow through and dependability. I can see how hard he is working all by himself there. The other day the manager Vipul, was able to help me out in a major way. Was able to get the unit I needed at the time I needed it. Storage unit was clean and ready to go. I can definitely say I had excellent service.

The place is well kept and secured. I got a indoor unit and there is plenty of elevators and carts to easily access it. The general Manager, Mr. Mehta, was very helpful with the check in process. He will work with you and check to make sure your gate code is working and show you to your unit and which entrances is best to access it. 5/5 stars for Mr. Mehta and the facility!

Extremely responsive by phone and email plus the entire leasing process can be done virtually in minutes! They’ve accommodated every single request we’ve made…some of which have admittedly been a bit extra. Who knew a self storage facility could have such a positive impact!
