Excellent customer service from the young lady onsite in Owings Mills on Friday, 8/30. She was patient despite my agitation because my reservation was not as I had requested. However, the reservation confirmation person that called me back to confirm my reservation was apparently working from home and the noise level was unacceptable.
Customer service for region is very good and customer service focused. Property management and staff are friendly, though hours are limited and door is not open for entering. Prices for new lease is good and property is clean and in good condition
I just recently rented a storage unit here. Its a town over from where I live but the pricing was much better and the climate controlled option was a must for me. Tasha set everything up in the front office and was absolutely lovely. It was a seamless and friendly experience thanks to her good hearted nature and patient overview of the options. Everything has been clean, secure and well kept so far. The gate was broken for a few days but fixed as quickly as they could schedule it. The fact that they offer indoor passcoded units helped ease any concern based off that and I appreciate them not trying to limit access while it was broken.

I've been to and with other storage companies. Hand down this location is the best. Easy to grab and go with great accessibility to the highway. Always secure, clean and well managed. Ample carts to support moving boxes and fixtures in and out. Large elevators, wide hallways, well lit, easy to get in and out. Attentive staff and easy online systems to manage payments. I'm extremely happy with storing my items with this location. I will say it's a little warm on the upper levels on the warmer days.
My experience with Self Storage Plus has been excellent. On or about April 27 I visited the Self Storage Plus office. My person of contact was Jayla Brooks. She was wonderful. She took time to thoroughly explain the process, showed me around the facility and helped me determine the right size storage unit to meet my needs. Using a storage facility is a first time experience for me so I had many concerns. Jayla put me at ease immediately and reassured me that Self Storage Plus is a safe and convenient place to store my belongings.
Very professional and the units are temperature controlled. The renting process is very easy and was done over the phone in less than 15 minutes and was super easy.

Julian, the general manger, is fantastic. When I first went to rent the locker, he showed me to the space and helped get me acquainted with how everything worked. The area is very secure, clean, and climate-controlled, and I had no issues whatsoever. When it came time to move out, he came by to make sure everything was okay, and then it was incredibly easy to end my agreement. Great storage unit and service. I highly recommend.
